Jodi Beeler is our Vice President of National Sales based out of Pittsburgh, PA. She has worked in the title industry for over 25 years at such companies as LandAmerica, LSI, Amrock & BCHH. She specializes in sales and account management, but it’s her operations background that sets her apart from her peers. Jodi has extensive experience in title operations, leadership and client on-boarding. She is most passionate about problem solving and developing and growing her relationships.
Srikrishna is an innovative and successful leader with a proven track record in leading people, projects, and organizations to success. His track record in driving productivity and performance has been verifiable through his leadership of people who have achieved the goals that he set out for them to perform together as part of one cohesive team effort.
Srikrishna is an innovative professional with over 15 years of progressive management and marketing expertise in the diverse outsourcing industry, IT, and sales & marketing arenas with demonstrated initiative, creativity, and success. He is a proactive, multilingual leader with experience in multi-cultural and global environments
Srikrishna is highly skilled in pricing strategies, competitor and market analysis, staffing, management reorganization, new product rollout, and targeted marketing for domestic and international markets.
Jagan comes with 12+ years of experience in web application development. He is an expert in designing, modeling, developing, and supporting web-based projects, including analysis, design, development, implementation, and maintenance.
Jagan has also worked on various real-time web applications, complex front-end and back-end management systems, including content management, course management, social network, online/offline surveys, and ERP.
He has over ten years of experience in DBA and development in the software industry with MySQL(4.x,5,x).
Sharan comes with over 16 years of experience in the mortgage industry. He has worked at Ocwen, ISGN, and SLK, where he has overseen property valuations, loan modification underwriting, and title processes. He has also contributed to the customer experience focus efforts, given his experience with eCommerce giants.
Sharan is a Six Sigma Green Belt certified professional and has worked on various automation projects.
Rajesh Ravichandran has extensive knowledge in title search and services. His core competencies include service delivery, operations management, vendor management, business process improvement, team building, and change management.
Rajesh holds an MBA, specializing in Marketing, from Periyar University and is an experienced operations professional
Crystal Arsiaga is an experienced Title professional with a great skill to manage operations and clients effectively. From her day 1 at Cliff, Crystal has received constant appreciation and kudos from our clients. Over the last 13 years Crystal has grown ground-up right from data entry to researching & examining, dispatching and bookkeeping. She has worked in online plants and has also performed research at courthouses.
Crystal manages our US operations comes with an AAS degree focused in Business Systems from Midland College.
Niranjan’s expertise lies in the Mortgage and Title Industry. He has over 15 years of experience focusing on service delivery, operations excellence, process improvements and transformation, capacity building for expansion, projects management, and performance measurements.
Niranjan has extensive experience and knowledge around mortgage origination and default servicing. Additionally, he is a specialist in Closing (CD) and has substantial experience in transition processes.
Niranjan is also a certified internal auditor for ISMS and QMS.
Sathish has been a critical player in client transition management, with significant experience working for clients within the BFSI vertical at Cliff. As AVP Transitions, there are many responsibilities that Sathish takes on, including managing all aspects related to transitioning your current customers over into our network of financial service providers.
Sathish defines policies for compliance, pricing & contract execution with clients and leads the training team on planning & implementation of training schedules as part of the transitions process.
Kannan is a results-oriented leader with over 15 years of experience in process management, business transition, business development, quality management, customer relationship management & team management.
Kannan has an excellent understanding of managing and leading teams to succeed with their process operations. In addition, he gained experience by developing procedures service standardization that contributed significantly to business excellence.
Kannan possesses excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills with proven team management, customer relationship management, and planning abilities.
Dinesh’s experience in the industry spans close to 20 years, and he comes with a rich background from some well-known companies like First American, Indecomm Global Services, ISGN, Visionet and Fidelity National Financial India. Additionally, he has worked on such projects for organizations.
In his current role at Cliff Title, Dinesh is directly responsible for acquiring new business and managing client relations.
Dinesh has gained significant experience in various roles, including building, and managing teams, transitioning business processes, streamlining and re-engineering, delivery management & client relations.
Dinesh has been instrumental in setting up various title production units and integrating end-to-end title & closing functions onshore and offshore.
Vidya is a dynamic and enthusiastic entrepreneur who joined the Cliff Title co-founding team in early 2012. She brings over 20 years of corporate experience in various fields and has experience in outsourcing and client management. She translates the vision of Cliff and is one of the key anchors mentoring the growth of our organization.
Before joining Cliff, Vidya was in charge of global operations at Indecomm. She was part of the leadership team that took the firm from a $2M company to a $100M company.
Vidya has spent considerable time in risk management, credit operations, and service management and has been associated with Citibank, Intelenet Global Services, and GE Capital.
Vidya holds an MBA from Madurai Kamaraj University.
Rajani has nearly 30 years of experience in the IT and ITeS field. His expertise is helping organizations bring their leadership capabilities in line with organizational goals.
Rajani led the leadership initiative at Infosys, and before that, he was the CIO of the ITC group. He brings this rich experience to the core team at Cliff and is the architect of our technology framework.
Rajani’s key area of excellence is in guiding organizations to achieve their goals through leadership development, coaching, implementing balance scorecards, and establishing a review mechanism that dovetails organizational objectives with individual goals. He has been associated with many IT and ITeS companies in supporting their growth story.
Rajani is an Engineering Graduate with a PGDM from IIM Bangalore.
Srivathsa is a seasoned professional with close to 25 years of relevant experience. He has been associated with leadership and strategic roles in IT and ITeS organizations. His key strength is his ability to evolve a business strategy to be aligned with the market and support its implementation with relevant business-building practices.
Srivathsa leads the business strategy and mentors Cliff's core team in executing practices required for the organization’s growth.
Srivathsa has been associated with Infosys, the State Bank Group, and Essar Group, apart from other IT and ITeS organizations. At Infosys, he was a senior member in the HR group and supported the organization’s growth from 350 to 35,000 people. When Infosys set up its BPO, Srivathsa was one of the five members of the founding team that strategized and executed the BPO division. After this, he was onboarded as a strategic consultant to assist Indecomm in charting its growth strategy. During this time, Indecomm grew from a $2M company to a $100M company.
Srivathsa has an Honor’s degree in Physics and a Management degree from XLRI.
